This piece of woodland around the old Park Prewett Hospital site offers a great circular walk.
Information boards explain about the history and environment and a brass rubbing trail exists both in The Spinney and in the neighbouring development.
A sculpture for the start of the trail can be found by the open space at the junction of Divot Way and Balata Way.t.
